I'm COMPLETELY new to ECWID & I have several products that have the same SKU #. For example:

Product 1 (32oz bottle) Sku# 001-001
Product 2 (32oz bottle - 4X1 case) Sku # 001-001

Is there anyway the system will allow a duplicate SKU for a diffeent product.

Without distinct sku's you cannot track stock so if you can change them to make them unique that would be better.

The other way would be to set both items up as options of a single product. They will then share the same sku. You would have not then be able to assign a different weight to each one.

Thanks Slice, the only problem I run into is the dropdown pricing structure. It adds the (+$5, etc...) and unfortunately it confuses my shoppers (Sorry they can't add sometimes)...
