Hello,

I am setting up my shipping information so that orders for $200 and over are free and anything less has a fixed rate, however I can't figure out how to do so, can you provide any suggestions?

I don't think it is yet possible. The workaround involves coupons.

I had this problem too. I worked it around linking the price with the weight . At the shipping tab, at the user-defined methods tab, I created two options: One option charging a shipping price below certain weight, and another one with zero value above that weight. later, I input the weight of each product with same value of the price at the product list settings. Later, I edited for the weight not be shown at the store page, since those values are false ones. If you dont need weight for other shipping settings, It can work well.
