From what I recall reading, the ecwid name disappears when you become a paying customer.

sorry, i'm not so much clear...
i mean in administration panel... when loading you see ecwid logo, in main admin area, in upper part you see logo and link to forum...
is possible don't have this reference for paying customer?

It isn't possible yet, but it will be possible in the future. We think the white-label version of Ecwid has a great potential, so this is in our TO-DO plans.
