Default Do I need Inline SEO and mobile catalog etc

Please let me know where my thinking is going wrong :-

For example - I have a (demo) ecwid store , I also have a Joomla website. Within Joomla I create all SEO ready content ie H1 tags, page titles, alt image tags, bold text etc, and I also embed the Category / Product widget into the relevant pages.

I also use the Joomla component to create a sitemap, and I then get the site verified by Google and submit my sitemap.xml to google.

What will the inline SEO product do in addition to what I have already done ?

If you already have static indexed pages with necessary content and this content is the same as your products` names/descriptions, Inline SEO Catalog isn't necessary.

I have recently found that my mobile catalog seems to have been indexed by Google and these entries appear just below the SEO catalog entries when I search my site in Google.

Not sure how they got hold of the link to the mobile catalog as I thought I had been pretty careful not to show it anywhere. Anyway how do you suggest I should get around this duplicate content?
