Default Force Bag Widget to external url

Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if there is a way to make the bag widget link to an external url. Currently the checkout loads no matter what page of the site you're on. I would like to create a page called

www.mywebsite.com/checkout.html or something similar and when people click the shopping bag the customer is redirected to this page (with the appropriate order information in there etc)

This would also enable tracking through analytics programs which would be very handy.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
