Hi there, I am a paying customer but I am unable to reset my sales orders to 0 . I have visited the above mentioned knowledge base. When I try setting the sales id it returns this message: "The number must be greater than 12" My sales and unfinished orders are cleared.

Can you please assist, thank-you .

Unfortunately, it is not possible to decrease your order ID - you can only increase it. Usually, this feature was used to hide the fact that the store was just launched and there was 0 orders in it - people wanted to start the counter from, say, 100 to give their customers some confidence. Since you may have active orders, decreasing the order ID may lead to a situation when you, for example, recieve 2 confusing notification about the same order number from different customers and with different contents. So, it is only possible to make it bigger, but to avoid conflicts with your order history it is not possible to decrease it.

I would recommend to mark your fresh start with any round number, like 100, for instance.
