Hi everyone. I am new to ecwid. I updated my catalog but on my site (which am not very far yet) does not update. I would think it should update almost immediately after you make changes on the ecwid control panel. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, Omar, thank you for you interest in Ecwid!

Most probably the changes don’t get applied to the storefront because you don’t click the large blue “Save (Ctrl+S)” button in the upper right part of the page after you update the catalog.

In case you do, but the store front still does not update, please describe your actions step-by step.

Hi Kess. Thanks for responding. I did click save, that option was grey after it was clicked. Here's the thing; I can view it in the ecwid control panel even at office (entered it at home) but still its not on the site. If I click to preview store, I can see it as well. I added a category and the category listing says 3 instead of the default 2 but still nothing shows. Let me know if anything comes to mind on this please. Thanks in advance

Well I deleted my page and copied the code again and all is well. thanks much!
