Paypal updated, still no funds moving.
So i just realized i had some settings off, i went through the tutorials and now it seems all buttoned up now. Although my funds have not moved from ecwid.
I am curious once they are tried, and fail because of this. When is it tried again or reset?
Paypal should be all squared away. What gives?

Pending reason returned by PayPal:
The payment is pending because it was made to an email address that is not yet registered or confirmed.)
