Someone just placed an order on my site and the site is not charging shipping, I have done what I read on all the blogs but seriously, how do I fix that??

We have checked the logs and found out that the order in question was placed when the product had no weight assigned. If a product has no weight specified, it is considered intangible, i.e. the one that does not require shipping. So no shipping methods selection is displayed for such products, the customer is not asked to enter the shipping address and no shipping costs are added.

Now you have the weight assigned to this product, and the shipping for it is calculated properly. Please check it from your end.
