Im trying to integrate google analytics with my ecwid facebook app. in your article it sais to add my site in google analytics and then enter my property-ID, but which URL should be added to Google analytics if my site is ecwid's facebook app?

You should submit your Store Front URL http://apps.facebook.com/ecwid-shop/...
Google Analytics will track the traffic from this page. Please mind, Google Analytics code isn't visible in the source code (it's loaded dynamically) so you won't notice it.
