In order to change storefront URL you should go to Ecwid control panel -> System Settings ->Gerenal -> Store Profile, find "Store Front URL" field there and change it as you needed.

I have checked your store URL and it seems that it doesn't exist yet. Please, make sure that "http://smartbags.ru/new/shop/" address is correct. If so, you should wait a bit until this name will be recognized by your browser.

Could you tell me when you have changed to domain name?

Hi,
instead of http://www.prideandpretty.com, i want http://www.prideandpretty.com/store/ for example.
i changed the domain name yesterday.
today the link of my store is my website homepage ! so impossible to do a custom account link for my customer !
thanks

my store ID 809438 just for you maya

Hi, iv more three questions :
- on wordpress the account link don't appear like on my actual website (wix)?
- with the simple url store all is ok (custom link, or search with my browser)
- please give me the exact url (cname) for use under domain in mobile application ?

so, for change url of my store i must use a subdomain (my main domain is www.prideandpretty.com) or what form used ?

need your help, thank you in advance

You can link your store using this URL http://www.prideandpretty.com/#!__shop for now
To have http://www.prideandpretty.com/store you should create this 'store' page in your Wix site using Wix editor. Then you'll be able to link your store using URL http://www.prideandpretty.com/store

Please, send a link to your wordpress site.

The simple store link displays your Ecwid store as it is, not linked to any web site.

Exactly what URL do you want to use for the mobile catalog?

For instructions on mobile catalog setup please refer to this article:

As far as I can see you are using Single SignOn functionality on your WP site. This functionality allows your customers to login to their Ecwid accounts using standard Wordpress login form. When this functionality is switched on, default Ecwid login functionality is disabled, that is why the http://www.engineofchic.com/store/#e... link from the article doesn't work.

In order to make this link works you could:
1. Disable SSO functionality in Ecwid plugin for Wordpress.
2. Use standard login WP form for customer's login and show "My account" link (http://www.engineofchic.com/store/#e...) for registered customers only.
