Trying to load csv file, getting errors

I have tried to import csv file and keep getting an error message "incorrect price value" line 1. I changed that one and then got an error" incorrect weight value" line 113. I don't have weight s on the file. The prices are all okay, this is driving me crazy. Please help!!!!

Could you give me the CSV file, which you are using for import?
