I have problem related same as bflanigan. How can we refine the different order status in SugarCRM.If you have any tutorial for that,please share with us.

SugarCRM integration can be done with help of third party module. We have transferred your question to the thread of developed who created such module already.

Could you describe in more details the problems you faced during SugarCRM+ECWID intergation?

To do this you need go to SugarCRM Admin->Dropdown Editor find ecommerce_fulfillment_status click on it an add new position what you need
the same with Paiment status find ecommerce_payment_status_list and edit it
