Default cant log in to my store since 24 hours please help

Hello ecwid
after seeing a 14 hour silence on your fb page after the server accident, i must inform that i can not log in to my store after 24 hours of frustration

there is no support email (i sent an email to billing and to eugene)
The store is back, but i cant log in, which means that customers are buying stuff which i cant process in the store and also cant add products.

The only reason im posting here is because i have another free ecwid account, which does work and lets me log in, if not, i would be restricted to the ecwid fb page

everyone else seems to have got their store pages back except me
173011 is my store id please fix it

what is most strange is that my wife has a laptop which is logged in to the cp since 3 days and still works so she is helping me per skype, but can not add products as i do, so can only process the customers orders, but i am the one who needs access to add products.

the store is back on the website, and my wife is loged in to the cp
But i can not log in it just redirects me back tot he login page again and again

please help

Hello,

Please accept our deepest apologies for the trouble. Our hosting provider Amazon had problems with servers connectivity at Saturday. Those problems affected the availability of the Ecwid storefront and backend.

The access to the vast majority of Ecwid stores was restored yesterday. Both storefronts and backend should work fine for almost all accounts. However the outage affected the data integrity on some servers, so a small subset of Ecwid users has the following issues now:
- some orders or products are not accessible
- problems with log in to the control panel
- “Server is busy” errors while working in the control panel
At this moment our engineers are restoring the integrity of the data.

As for your store (173011), I've checked it, and as far as I can see both the control panel and the frontend work. Please check it and let us know if you still face any issue.

We’re extremely sorry for the lack of updates during Sunday: our sleepless team has been working hard for the last three days to fix problems that were caused by Amazon outage.
