I have just set up a website and store and would like some feeback on it. I only have a few products at the moment in my store but will be adding some more to it

Looks good! In case you didn't know, you can disable categories that are empty.
Your pictures look a bit blurry to me, My wife uses a sheet of paper behind her smaller products to soften shadows and make the product stand out more.
Changing the color of the bag and tabs would look nice. I had no idea how to change the CSS theme when I started, but I got the hang of it
Be prepared, tweaking the code in ECWID can get pretty addicting.
I really like your logo and your color scheme. your site is easy to navigate,

Thanks for that. If you don't mind me asking how would I change the colour of the bag and tabs and what colour would be a good colour to change them to. Yes I know that you can disable the categories but will be adding products to this in the coming weeks

Your color is a personal preference, and I definitely am not a color expert. Maybe, match the color of your logo's font.
Anyway, here is a link to the explanation of changing the color of your bag. Again, this is a deep rabbit hole, once you've learned how to change CSS design, it can get pretty addictive.
