Payments appearing in PayPal but orders not showing in Ecwid
Hi -
We have two orders (one a test placed by the developer) placed on our site, payment has cleared through PayPal but there is no record of them on Ecwid. Thoughts?

Please provide us with these two orders transaction IDs (you can get them from PayPal).

Did you ever get a reply? I have the same issue that just occured 7/11/12.

I have checked the logs for your store. It looks like the Instant Payment Notification from the PayPal has not been delivered to Ecwid for some reason. Can you please check the contents of the IPN History page in your PayPal account for that date and around that time - are there any errors or anything strange reported?

I've had a client experience the same thing. She said that an order went through Paypal
but not through the cart.

Looks like the order was placed July 11 or th 12th.

Thank you. We'll inspect the log files and get back to you.
UPDATE:
I've inspected the log files. As far as I can see, there was one order placed around those days - the order #98 . It is incomplete because no callback was sent from PayPal to Ecwid after the customer left your store and went to PayPal . So its status wasn't switched to 'Accepted' thus it didn't appear in the 'Sales' list. Could you please check the PayPal IPN history as Eugene asked in his message above? Thank you.
