Brian, thank you for your interest.
We currently see 2 ways to help you with your project:
1. We can establish a custom plan for you with your Ecwid shop running on a dedicated server. This way we can lift the file size limits specifically for your account, allowing you to sell very large downloadable files.
2. We can accept your sponsorship of a new feature in Ecwid - an option to reroute the downloads of e-goods to a 3rd party URL, allowing merchants to store the downloadable files on their own external servers (like Amazon S3).
To tell you more exactly which way would be most effective for you we need you to answer these 2 questions:
1. How many products are you going to have and what is the average size of file in your products? In other words, what total storage capacity will you need?
2. What deadline do you have for this project?

Thank you for this information.
If you need to launch in 2-3 weeks, we recommend to apply for custom plan, not sponsoring the new feature, because according to our current development plan we will able to start working on the newly requested features only in 3 weeks or later from now.
I will send you a personal message with details of our offer.

Hello Eugene,
We are starting to sell video files that are larger than 100mb. I would like to apply for a custom plan. How do we go about doing that?
We are currently Silver Plan members.

Can you please clarify:
1. What maximal size of the downloadable file for sale you are going to have? What will be the largest file sold in your shop?
2. What is the estimated average size of the downloadable product file in your shop. At least will it be typically more than 100 mb or typically less?
3. What grand total of downloadable product files are you going to have in your shop? I.e. what storage size would you need for all your files in shop?
With this information we can estimate the possible options of our offer for you .

Curious how this turned out for you? We're still limited to 100mb, correct?

The common limit on the size of each single file is still 100 MBs.. But this limit can be increased individually. You just need send a request at billing@ecwid.com providing the information outlined in the previous post.

I understand about increasing limits individually. How about downloading files from Amazon S3 servers?

Hi,
If I get it right, you meant the option to reroute the downloads of e-goods to a 3rd party URL, allowing merchants to store the downloadable files on their own external servers (like Amazon S3). Right?
Ecwid doesn't have a built-in feature for that yet, unfortunately. There is a suggestion in our ideas base, please feel free to vote for it:

In the meantime, you can consider a custom solution for using an external storage for your e-Good files. Please refer to this post for the details:
