ecwid doesn't add shipping problem with paypal


Hi

I have since one month problems with your marvelous app. When someone buy a product ecwid don't send to paypal the shipping price

Transaction ID 76044144EE647831V
Transaction ID 84512996MF108631D
Transaction ID 6NH06343CL717184T


and always I have the text

This order is in the "Queued" status, because the order total and the amount actually paid do not match. Please check this order in your PayPal Admin Area for possible issues.

and when I try an example I have the same issue.

The problem is the store was working correctly last 2 years and I haven't changed my PayPal account.

Please refer to the following thread:
http://www.ecwid.com/forums/showthre... and make sure that the "Use the shipping fee in the transaction instead of my calculator's settings" option is set to "Yes".

We understand you made no changes, but there might be some changes applied by PayPal. Some of our customers have recently faced a similar issue and found out that this option was re-set to "No" in their PayPal accounts for some reason.

the problem (which I am also facing at the moment) when you select the option to override PayPal's default shipping charges, then click "save changes" .. it immediately reverts back to "unchecked" thereby using PayPal's shipping entries...
I've contacted Pay Pal about this and they do not know why !!!!!

This situation is really unpleasant for all our customers who use PayPal. PayPal does not announce this issue or provides any info on its resolution in public, unfortunately.

Have they told you if they are looking into it?

they have said they are aware of it and that they are working on it... for now.. if you click "clear settings" on the custom shipping page of PayPal, then save changes .. the check box for overriding paypals shipping calculation .."stays checked"

this workaround is working for me so far ...

An update to this issue. PayPal Tech service has sent me a message that reads as follows:

We appreciate your patience. This message is to inform you that the issue was resolved through a recent live site update.
