In Ecwid you can assign a product to one or more categories. Please refer to the following thread for the instruction:

It is also possible to show different Ecwid categories on different sites. More info about it can be found here:

If you mean some other behavior, please clarify how it should work in detail. What pages should that be? Please provide an example.
