Yes, basically you need to use the custom payment gateway API of Ecwid to integrate the payment method you need. However, this will require you to write a server-side script that will translate the payment requests from Ecwid to the proper requests towards the PayPal API and the payment notifications from PayPal back to Ecwid. So, basically script needs to implement both the standards of Authorize.Net SIM and PayPal adaptive payments API.
