Ecwid allows to show products without categories. In order to do this you should go to Ecwid control panel → Catalog → Products → Product modify page → Categories and uncheck all categories for which this product is assigned.
Once your products will not be assigned to any store categories they will be shown directly when Ecwid store is loaded.
