I checked under my profile and all i see is your name, community nickname, and email. where do i change my password
I'm sorry for this, we just haven't noticed that you are using Ecwid inside your Yola site.
Yola users sign in with the same credentials into their site admin panel and into Ecwid control panel. Your Ecwid account is bound with your Yola account. So in order to change password you should you to Yola control panel → Account → Profile and change the password there.

ok, I have changed my password via yola, and still no go on ecwid. the only password it is accepting is the temp password that it emailed me. Still need to change the temp password.
If you are trying to log in to http://my.ecwid.com , while using the built-in eccomerce in the Yola-based site, then I have to inform you that you basically don't need to login to a separate site to manage your store.
You can manage all the necessary parameters from the Yola control panel ( http://my.yola.com/ecommerce/ ). That site requires only your Yola account.
Since you can coonveniently manage your store from Yola control panel, you don't have to change your password for Ecwid.
