Default 7.1 Spanish translation bugs/correction

Hello,

Here are my 7.1 review of the Spanish language, for SPAIN:

"Carrito de la compra" means Shopping Cart, while the image shows a Bag.

"Cesta de la compra" is much better, means your Shopping bag.

Several variables uses similar terms:

"Su carrito de compras" -> "Su compra"

"Su carrito de compras está vacío." -> "Su cesta está vacía."

"Carrito de compras" -> "Mi compra"

"Añadir al carrito" button. Better "Añadir a mi compra" but I guess we need to make the button...

- - -

"Seguir comprando" means "Keep buying".

"Seguir comprando" -> "Volver a la tienda" is better ("Back to store")

- - -

"N/P" for SKU does not mean anything. "REF." for "Referencia" (Product reference) is the most appropriate.

- - -

"Ver mas imagenes" is wrong and not correctly spelled.

"Abrir galería de fotos" means "Open photo gallery".

- - -

"Cambiar" for Change options can create confusion about what to change (the product, the options). It is much better "Cambiar opciones" (Change options)

- - -

"Impuesto aproximado" means "Approximate TAX", but in Spain there is only one fixed tax.
"Impuesto" alone is more correct, or even "IVA" which is the Spanish TAX.

- - -

I agree with Terms and conditions (new in 7.1)

"He leído y acepto las [Condiciones generales]" is the exact legal term needed in order to comply with Spanish law (I have read and I accept...).

Also the pop window "Terms and conditions" title and "Accept" and "Decline" buttons needs to be translated to:

"Condiciones generales"
"Acepto"
"No acepto".

- - -

I just reviewed most critical variables. Regards,

Nacho

Default More issues in Spanish

In the form that appears to the buyer, there is an error in the City field: should read "Ciudad" instead of "Cuidad".

As a suggestion to facilitate the purchase to the customer, it is better to mark required fields with *. For example, the telephone field, should be clear that it is not mandatory. Or should be given the option from our control panel, it can be removed from the form.

As a suggestion to not confuse the customer, at the top of the store where it says "Connect" ("Conectarse"), it would be nice to add before: "Are you already registered? Connect" ("¿Ya estás registrado? Conéctate")

And the client form, where it says "Enter your e-mail or Connect" ("Introduzca su e-mail o Conectarse"), could write: "Enter your e-mail or Have you already registered? Connect" ("Introduzca su e-mail o ¿Ya estás registrado? Conéctate"). Thus it would be easier to purchase for the customer.

Fully agree with Vicente.

"City" = "Ciudad" in Spanish, not "Cuidad". Vicente noted this but didn't add the right spelling . We could even use "Población" in Spanish.

I will add a correction to "State", which may be "Estado" in LATAM but in Spain is "Provincia". In Spain State means Country.

THIS IS NOT RIGHT!!!!!!!! In spain there's not only IVA, there's also IGIC, for the Canary Islands, and not all provinces pay the same amount. "Impuesto estimado" should be the right trranslation, not only IVA...
