The "Option-Box" in the German version is titled: "Please select options". Is it possible to change this into: "Bitte Option wählen"?

Is it possible to change "Wire Transfer" into "Banküberweisung"?

In Europe it is unnescesarry to select a state (Bundesland). Is it possible to remove this field or at least deactivate the "must select".
