Setting Google Analytics Goals
Hi
Has anybody had success with setting up Google Analytics Goals to track sales via ecwid? All my shop pages are just coming up as 1 page /store/ and so it cannot differentiate between any pages in the funnel.
Thanks
Tracy

Thanks again for your quick reply - but that does not answer the specific question I have. I already have Google Analytics running on the site - following the instructions as above.
The problem is specifically about telling the pages apart - at the moment it cannot tell the difference between a product page and the checkout page. All the hits go into one pot called /store/ and so I cannot set up sales funnels.
Has anybody else experienced this?

Tracy,
If you set up your Google Analytics Id in Ecwid back-end, Analytics should track the separate Ecwid pages. Please report this issue to our bug-tracker, we will investigate it.

I'm also interesting in Google Analytics Goals setup.
Google Analytics setting done already and works Ok, but will be good to get data about "how many customer open Order Confirmation page", for example.
In website profile setting in Google Analytics I can make a Goals:
Goal name: Order Confirmation
Goal Type: URL Destination
But I have problem with the Goal Detailes Settings.
What goal URL must be? I tried a different ways, for example:
"#ecwid:mode=orderConfirmation",
"domainname.com/index.html#ecwid:mode=orderConfirmation",
but it doesn't works.
I also can select Match Types: Exact Match, Head Match, Regular Expression Match - which method I need to select? I have tried all of them - but it still doesn't work.
Thank you.

1. Use "virtual" Ecwid pages to set up goals: http://kb.ecwid.com/w/page/23947993/...
2. Exact match is OK.

I am a little confused and I check the URL's referenced earlier
This is what google asks for if the goal page is "http://www.mysite.com/store/thankyou.html" you enter "/store/thankyou.html" into the Google Goals tracking request
Would I use "virtual" Ecwid pages to set up goals?
Here is the list of virtual pages generated by Ecwid:
"/product/" + productId; (productId is a unique ID of a opened product)
"/category/" + categoryId (categoryId is a unique ID of a opened category)
"/search/" + keywords
"/bag"
"/checkout/shippingDetails"
"/checkout/addressBook"
"/checkout/paymentDetails"
"/checkout/placeOrder"
"/checkout/orderPlaced"
"/checkout/orderFailure"
"/account/addressBook"
"/account/settings"
"/account/orders"
"/downloadError/"
For example, if I am looking to track the "/bag" page
This is the link to my store "http://www.mysite.com/store"
Would I use "/store/bag" entry into Google Goals tracking request?
or am i using just the "/bag" entry into the Google Goals tracking request?

I am looking for the same answer as miamiskinandlaser regarding the virtual pages and goals.
