All of your products do not currently have weight assigned. Please, read the suggested article carefully, it explains that products without weight are intangible in Ecwid, and intangible products do not require shipping. You need to assign weight to each of your products in Ecwid control panel > Catalog > Products, then the shipping will be calculated in your store.

I solved it by adding a weight to the product property. I'm not using weight for my products, but simply added "1 lbs" to every product (in the catalog / products/ solved my problem.
