Default Shipping Info Does not Appear

I have a weight entered in the item.
I have registered with the USPS, entered the id # in my ecwid page,
I have confirmed with USPS that the status is active.
I have defined zones and enabled specific shipping methods to be used.

I have made a sale but no shipping information appears.

What is it I need to do?

Hello,

I have inspected your site. As far as I can see, the shipping is properly configured and it is displayed in the storefront:
http://www.diigo.com/item/image/1xdw9/gsxd?size=o
http://www.diigo.com/item/image/1xdw9/kyqe?size=o

Most probably, you tried to use an address outside the USA for shipping calculation. Since USPS Priority Mail is for the USA only (and you have enabled the Priority Mail method only), it said that it couldn't ship to the selected location.

I also want to note that you have two USPS shipping methods -first is under the carrier-calculated methods and second is under the user-defined ones. Since the carrier-calculated method provides all the needed functionality, you don't have to create an extra user-defined method for the same purposes (I've noticed that they have same names and zones).

Default Solution to Shipping no Showing

Thank you for the examples from my store - I'm unable to process trials of my own for some reason (the system doesn't accept my email address, the login screen just shakes and empties my entries of email and password) - so I'm glad to see it works.

The customer in question - I tried printing an invoice but none of the shipping info appeared on it, no rates, no shipping info. Why would this be? She lives in Washington DC. She never got charged postage.

Thanks for your help.

If you want to test your storefront as a customer, you will need to register there as a customer. Please refer to this article for the details:

Most probably, when she placed an order (Jan 28), no shipping was available in your store (maybe, due to its misconfiguration). So she didn't fill any shipping information and that's why the order invoice has nothing to show in the 'Shipping info' section. As far as I can see, shipping is properly configured now, so the future orders will show shipping information. You can test it by yourself as I mentioned above.
