Change Password
 
I had to have ecwid send me a new password and it is suggesting that I change it after logging in... but where can I do this? I can't find that feature anywhere!!!

I realize there are different screen option on the Yola version vs the FREE ecwid version. On the Yola version this section is NOT shown!

Reset Password
 
I've asked twice about resetting my password and am still not happy with the response. I realize that I can get into my ecwid account through my yola, but it is MUCH easier to work within the ecwid site instead of the yola. I don't understand why you won't just make a change your password gateway like all other websites. I want to be able to log into ecwid WITHOUT going though my yola, but it is a 33 DIGIT password that I can find no way to change. I have to go back to my original email from you every single time I want to log in and copy and paste. Please make this much easier.

If you need to have your Ecwid control panel displayed in the full browser window, you can visit https://my.yolastore.com - that is the same Ecwid control panel, specially for Yola users, and you will need only your Yola credentials to log into that.

need to change password and all access to me the owner ONLY! My web designer is a phycho and threatening to shut my website down. This cannot be legal. I paid thousands of dollars. Anyway. Please help me to protect me and my investment in any and all ways possible please. Thank you, Melissa Temple-Alpichi 760-587-8171

Melissa, don't worry, you will always be able to restore the ownership over the Ecwid account that is legally yours.

Right now you can change your Ecwid password (Ecwid control panel > My Profile > Account settings), make sure that the account email (Ecwid control panel > My Profile > Profile) is the email address that only you have access to, and that's it.

If you ever face any problem with accessing your Ecwid account, please, contact login-issues@ecwid.com and describe your situation, our support team will be glad to help you.
